Double heads vertical belt sanding machine is a new generation of automatic sanding machine continuously developed by ourcompany based on a series of products.It is designed in an integrated manner with a three suction sucker translation manipulator,and cancomplete two ifferent processes of sanding and automatic loading and unloading of workpiece.The machine adopts a Field Bus ControlSystem and sanding process software independently developed by our company.The sanding mechanism and manipulator are equippedwith servo motors with absolute value encoders,which are simple to operate and stable in performance.The process formula can be savedand invoked to facilitate the replacement of different products,saving secondary debugging time,and achieving large-scale automatedsanding production operations.
