The company has launched the 3DPTEK-J4000Pro, a large-sized 3DP sand mold printer without sandboxes. It adopts the flexible area molding technology without sandboxes, breaking the limitation of design space and supporting local printing. The maximum molding size reaches 4000×2500×1500mm, enabling the integrated molding of 4-meter-level complex castings. It is equipped with 17 nozzles and bidirectional vibration for powder spreading, significantly improving production efficiency. At the same time, it provides open-source material processes and supporting high-performance resin adhesives, ensuring molding quality and reducing overall costs.
