Can export products be customized to local standards and support CE and international certification?
All supported. All-aluminum doors, zinc alloy doors, and cast aluminum doors can be adjusted in size, color, and locks to meet overseas needs; products can issue CE and salt spray resistance test reports to meet customs clearance requirements in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Large project orders can be accompanied by a full set of qualification documents.
What is the minimum order quantity and delivery lead time? Is it in stock?
Conventional standard size zinc alloy doors and simple all-aluminum doors are in stock, and small batches can be shipped quickly; the intricately carved cast aluminum doors are customized and the minimum order quantity is moderate. Spot orders will be shipped within 7 days, non-standard customized all-aluminum/zinc alloy doors will be shipped within 8-12 days, cast aluminum doors will be shipped within 15-20 days, and expedited production arrangements can be negotiated.
Is there a big difference in weather resistance for outdoor use? Will it fade and rust if exposed to the sun for a long time?
The all-aluminum door is made of aluminum and will never rust and will not deform after ten years of outdoor use; the zinc alloy door is made of automobile-grade electrophoretic spraying, which is UV-resistant and not easy to fade when exposed to tropical sun; the precision-carved cast aluminum door is made of aluminum-magnesium base material + high-temperature fluorocarbon paint, which has the best performance in salt spray and sun exposure, and has no aging problems in high-end outdoor use for a long time.
