Product Description

Cast acrylic features high hardness, high light transmittance, good heat resistance and excellent dimensional stability, making it a versatile optical material. After heating at high temperature, the release sheet softens and can be directly formed into various optical lenses via precision mould pressing, such as Fresnel lenses and large-curvature spherical concave and convex lenses. Ordinary sheets tend to adhere tightly to moulds after hot pressing, resulting in difficult demoulding. With optimized formulation, the release sheet achieves excellent demoulding performance. The refractive index of the release sheet is consistent with standard PMMA sheet at 1.47, and it offers good dispersion resistance.
