SHR-PV120GF are low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant, low corrosive, low toxic, and silane cross-linkable compounds by addition of a catalyst master batch. They are designed for PV cable insulation and sheath purpose applications. These compounds can be used as operating at up to 125℃ after cross-link, with excellent fire safety characteristics and a good balance of properties. It can be used for all applications where safety behavior in case of fire of cables for public environment.

SHR-PVJ120GF(A,B) is used to extrude insulation, SHR-PVH120GF (A,B)is used to extrude sheath.

The properties of these products are listed in table 1.

Process:PROCESSING

 Before using them, pls blend A,B of PVJ120GF and PVH120GF evenly and separately.

 If color master batch were used , pls add dry PE basis colormasterbatch.

 Both PVJ120GF and PVH120GF are prohibited to do drying procedure

 Compound must be used within 3 hours if the bags are opened.

 PE or PVC screws can be used.
