This product which can be cross-linkable within 2-7 days in room temperature was developed from our old product-Monosil silane cross-linkable polyethylene insulation compound. Compared with the traditional silane cross-linkable polyethylene insulation compound,it can lessen the process steps, reduce the production cost and increase the producing efficiency for the clients. In addition, it can crosslink quickly in the hot water bath or the steam cabinet. Generally it takes only one hour. Compared with the original natural crosslinking, this product is suitable for producing conductor section was 0.75mm2 above specifications cables, and cross-linking of materials are not effected by master batch.

Features and Usage

Features:Features: Group A was developed from the polyethylene, which was modified by the hydrolysable alkoxysilane. It has less volatile matter and has good stability for the storage. In addition, a special kind of additive was used to prevent the product from crosslinking when being extruded.

This product is easy to be processed and the cable made of it will have a good surface. The insulation produced by this material can remain good heat oxidation stability when directly exposed to copper or aluminum core.

Scope of ApplicationUsage: Applicable to 10kV or lower crosslinking cable insulation, section of conductor more than 1mm2, less than 16mm2.
