SHR8890 outer semi-conductive cross-linkable compound is use as strippable insulation shield for cross-linked polyethylene insulation power cable rated voltage up to 35KV. It's suitable for high temperature vulcanization processing method.It provides excellence processability, fine surface smoothness, stable volume resistivity, low pre-cure or scorch characteristic, lower stripping force with anti-tearing property, leaving clean surface for insulation after stripped.

Temperature Setting of Extruder

Zone 1# : 70^oC Zone 2# : 80^oC Zone 3# : 90^oC Zone 4# : 100^oC           

Flange : 100^oC      Tube : 102^oC  Feeding Zone : Water Cooling Screw : 50^oC

We recommend using steel-wire filter mesh with 40 meshes at most.

The above temperature settings are the typical guidelines. Please make proper adjustment according to the actual operating condition in order to achieve the optimum result.

SHR8890 is in pellet form and packed in 600kgs carton box palletized (inner PE bag packing).

Storage:Storage :

SHR8890 should be stored under clean,cool,dry and ventilated conditions.
