1. Hot Rolled Steel Coils

Hot rolled steel features high structural stability, excellent weldability and cost-effectiveness. It

is widely used for general structure, mechanical parts, engineering equipment and pressure

vessel components.

Available Grades: Q235B, SPHC, SS400-SS540, Q355B, Q355D, Q355E, Q345R, Q460C, 10#-50#,

NM400-NM500, 700L

Typical Application: General structural parts, vehicle frames, truck beams, pressure vessels,

wear-resistant equipment, machinery components and construction steel structures.

2. Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled (HRPO) Steel Coils

HRPO steel removes surface oxide scale through pickling treatment with oil protection,

providing smooth surface, uniform thickness and stable stamping performance. It is the

preferred material for automotive structural stamping and medium-precision mechanical parts.

Typical Application: Automotive chassis parts, frame components, trailer structures, heavy￾duty stamping parts and mechanical forming parts.

3. Cold Rolled Steel Coils

Cold rolled steel possesses ultra-smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy and outstanding

ductility. Covering ordinary stamping, deep drawing, HSLA, AHSS, martensitic and hot stamping

steel, it meets diverse requirements for automotive outer panels, structural safety parts and

precision stamping components.

4. Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Coils (GI)

Galvanized steel provides excellent anti-corrosion performance with uniform zinc coating.

Automotive-grade galvanized steel features stable forming performance, suitable for automotive

stamping and outdoor anti-rust structural parts.

5. Aluminum-Silicon Coated Steel Coils (AS)

Al-Si coated steel features high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and excellent hot

stamping performance. It is the core material for automotive hot forming safety components.

DX51D+AS - DX54D+AS

HC340/460HS+AS - HC1200/1800HS+AS: Aluminum-silicon coating weight 40/40g/m² -

75/75g/m²

Typical Application: Automotive hot stamping parts, A-pillar, B-pillar, door anti-collision beam,

roof reinforcement and vehicle safety structural components.

6. Aluzinc Coated Steel Coils (AZ / GL)

Aluzinc steel (55% aluminum + 43.4% zinc + 1.6% silicon) provides superior corrosion resistance

compared with ordinary galvanized steel, with stable surface performance and long service life.

DC51D+AZ - DC56D+AZ

S250GD+AZ - S550GD+AZ: Aluzinc coating weight 25/25g/m² - 100/100g/m²

Typical Application: Construction roofing & wall panels, industrial equipment casings, outdoor

anti-corrosion facilities, container accessories and home appliance components.
