Premium Diamond Dot Insulating Film | Stable Performance & Custom Sizes

This film takes high-strength polyester film as the base material, coated with modified high-temperature resistant epoxy resin in regular diamond dot pattern. It is semi-cured at normal temperature and will melt and cure when heated, providing excellent adhesion to fix windings firmly and avoid displacement and short circuit.

The unique diamond grid structure forms open channels for rapid air exhaust and oil penetration, effectively restraining corona discharge and partial discharge. Featuring high dielectric strength, low dielectric loss, heat resistance and ageing resistance, it maintains stable insulation performance for long-term operation.

Widely used for interlayer and turn insulation of oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers and current/voltage transformers, also applicable to anti-corona insulation of high-voltage motors and electrical appliances. Custom thickness and width are available.
