Racing caps built on a structured six-panel baseball base for motorsport teams, pit crews, sponsor giveaways and fan merchandise. The signature detail is the checkered flag, and it can be made two ways: cut and sewn, where every square is a separate piece of fabric stitched into the panel, or printed by sublimation, which is faster and cheaper but sits flat on the surface. The samples shown here use the cut and sewn method, with a solid black front panel carrying a script embroidery and an oval badge, and the side panels and brim top built from alternating black and white squares. Flame deco, piping and multi-tone blocking are also available, and cotton twill, T/C, CVC, polyester, nylon and mesh can all be used, so the same cap works as a solid twill team cap or as a breathable mesh-back version for summer races. Adult and kids sizes, with a plastic snap, metal buckle, velcro closure or elastic rope at the back. Packed 25 pcs per polybag or inner box and 150 pcs per carton.
