Lightweight running caps built on a five-panel unstructured crown with a short curved brim, which is the shape trail and road runners actually ask for: it sits low over the eyes without blocking the view up the road, and because the crown is soft it packs flat into a vest pocket. The sample here shows what the sublimation route can do. The artwork is printed over the whole cap, then the panels are cut and sewn, so a single graphic can run from the brim across the front and side panels and still line up at the seams; solid blocks of yellow, teal and pink are used with the print rather than instead of it, which is why the cap reads as one design instead of a patchwork. A separate printed label on the front panel carries the wordmark, while the side panel and the back curve are embroidered, so a small stitch count stays on the cap without adding cost to the print run. Polyester, nylon and mesh are all available, adult and kids sizes, and the back closes with a webbing strap and plastic buckle so one size covers a range of head circumferences. Packed 25 pcs per polybag or inner box and 150 pcs per carton.
