Control where it
changes outcomes.
Our main manufactured products include linear bearings, deep groove ball bearings and insert bearings. Over 30 years of industry experience supports production, while warehouse stock and sample confirmation help prepare repeat orders.

Before you decide.
Review the workshop and production environment, then discuss the bearing model, material and inspection scope with our sales team. Samples typically take 3–7 days after model and quantity confirmation.

Follow the bearing from incoming material through turning, heat treatment, grinding and assembly to final inspection, cleaning, rust prevention and packing. Each stage prepares the product for the next quality check.
Material & blank preparation
Review material reports and sample hardness; stainless steel is spot-checked by spectroscopy. Reject nonconforming material before forging or tube cutting.
Turning
Machine the rings and establish the geometry required for subsequent heat treatment and grinding.
Quenching & tempering
Control furnace temperature and sample hardness and metallographic condition during heat treatment.
Grinding & ball sorting
Rough- and fine-grind inner and outer rings, check dimensions and roundness, and sort bearing balls.
Assembly & sealing
Match components, check clearance, fill grease and press-fit seals for the agreed bearing configuration.
Inspection & packing
Check noise, rotation, appearance and seals, and retain samples for traceability. Clean, protect against rust and verify model, quantity and packaging before dispatch.
Made for demanding
motion systems.
Confirm the material, precision grade and clearance required by the application. Normal production batches are P0, with other grades and custom requirements reviewed by model.
Model-specific precision
Normal batches are controlled to P0. P6, P5, P4 and P2 requirements are reviewed against the selected model and specification.
Material performance
GCr15 bearing steel and 304/316 stainless steel options. Discuss corrosion resistance or high-temperature requirements before confirming material.
Verified assembly
Ball sorting and clearance checks support assembly. Normal, C3 and C4 clearance requirements are confirmed for the selected bearing.
Quality built into
every stage.
Six inspection checkpoints operate within our ISO9001 quality management system, covering incoming material, heat treatment, grinding, assembly, finished bearings and pre-dispatch verification.
