Quality Before Shipment

Development Story / Quality

Quality Before Shipment.

How we identified a quality issue before shipment and corrected it before the goods reached the customer.

Lightweight WovenBulk ProductionQuality Control

Challenge

A quality issue appeared during production.

During routine inspection, we identified inconsistent stitching on a portion of the garments, which could affect the final quality and customer experience.

What We Reviewed

We first determined the scope of the problem.

We assessed the issue from multiple angles to understand the cause and the right way to resolve it.

  • Issue Type: Stitching inconsistency
  • Affected Quantity: Limited to one batch
  • Root Cause: Sewing process and operator training
  • Delivery Impact: Could be corrected without delay

What We Did

We isolated the issue before it became a shipment problem.

We separated the affected units, adjusted the sewing process, reworked the garments and completed a full re-inspection before shipment.
