Our customer wanted to introduce themed custom plush toys and specialty lifestyle accessories alongside their flagship knitwear. However, they acked contacts and did not want to manage multiple vendors, handle excessive MOQs, or onboard new suppliers just for a small accessory

During design initiation, the client sent over a pre-

selected fabric physical swatch to duplicate. Our in-

house material analysts detected that this specific

raw fiber composite would suffer from severe

frictional wear, micro-pilling, and surface distortion

during wash tests.

A sudden viral social-media campaign caused the

client's current season inventory to sell out in days.

They faced massive lost revenue, angry waiting

lists, and potential market irrelevance if bulk

replacement stock took standard lead times to

arrive.

Utilizing our consolidated supply networks, we

established a single-source solution. We oversaw

the technical pattern design for the plush toys and

matched raw fabrics to the exact color dye baths

used on their apparel collection, unifying quality

and texture across all items.

We immediately warned the client and presented

test results before sample cutting. We sourced an

optimized combed cotton yarn with high-twist long-

staple fibers, finishing with an eco-friendly enzyme

wash to significantly boost pill-resistance while

preserving the hand-feel.

We immediately prioritized their replenishment

order. We allocated ready yarn reserves and

implemented a staggered manufacturing plan. Our

logistics team coordinated a split shipment, sending

20% of high-demand items via fast air cargo while

routing the remaining 80% by sea.
