Principle
It adopts a two-stage purification structure. The front plasma charging module charges dust, bacteria and viruses in the air and completes primary disinfection. The rear part applies an ultra-electrostatic dust collection structure with dual-phase supporting plates. It adsorbs charged pollutants via Faraday cage effect and secondarily inactivates residual microorganisms.
Ozone emission is nearly undetectable, far lower than national standards and California CARB ozone limits. No electric spark or arc discharge, allowing 24-hour coexistence of people and equipment. Dust holding capacity is greatly improved. The cleaning & maintenance cycle is extended from once every six months (standard MESP) to once a year, greatly reducing manual maintenance frequency.

Calculation basis for 15-year filter service life:
In accordance with GB/T 18801, the applicable area of the air disinfection purifier is set as 30m², and the average mass concentration of outdoor particulate matter is 250μg/m³.
Service life calculation under fresh air operating conditions:
Calculated based on outdoor PM2.5 concentration of 50μg/m³, the filter absorbs 15mg particulate matter per hour and can serve for at least 6 years, while a HEPA filter of the same specification only lasts around 2 months. Even under the harshest condition (PM2.5 concentration of 250μg/m³), the super electrostatic filter can operate continuously for 1.5 years without maintenance, compared with merely 13 days for a HEPA filter.
The super electrostatic technology innovatively adds a part of isolation area (gap) to the edge of the conductor, effectively reducing the generation of corona, thus eliminating discharge and improving the filter efficiency.
The super electrostatic structure fully separates positive and negative electrode plates, and this structure ensures between the electrode plates will not cause inter-electrode leakage due to dust deposition contamination, and can greatly improve the dust holding capacity of the filter.

Experiments show that a purifier with an air volume of about 300m³/h equipped the iFDP plasma super electrostatic module, after adsorbing 5,875 cigarettes, its CADR value hardly decreases, which is equivalent to continuous use for 15 years in the most severe haze environment; the filter screen doesn’t even need any cleaning!
The super electrostatic module still maintains high efficiency even under high-humidity environment!
It is not easily reduced in purification efficiency due to short circuit, solving the problems of purification efficiency failure and attenuation in complex environments.
