Product Introduction
The DYTPG tundish baking device special electro-hydraulic push rod (hereinafter referred to as the electro-hydraulic push rod) is a product independently developed by our company based on the needs of special places such as baking devices in the metallurgical industry. Before 2008, the electric cylinder produced by Japan's Tsubaki Company was commonly used in Baosteel's baking devices as the driving mechanism. However, because the cost was too high, the DYTPG series electro-hydraulic push rod produced by our company was later used in localization projects, saving a lot of high investment costs;
Main performance features
1. The electro-hydraulic push rod adopts a mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integrated fully enclosed structure, which combines all hydraulic components together. It has small size, compact structure and no oil leakage;
2． Install the electro-hydraulic push rod directly on the required equipment without the need for external hydraulic pump stations and pipelines, making the structure more compact;
3. Compared with imported electric cylinders, the electro-hydraulic push rod is within the rated force range: the push-pull force can be controlled by adjusting the overflow handle according to the actual needs of the site;
4． Compared with imported electric cylinders, the electro-hydraulic push rod adopts full hydraulic transmission, and uses a special integrated block that is resistant to variable loads in the hydraulic system. It has sensitive movement, smoother operation, and more reliable automatic overload protection performance. Even when overloaded or running to the end of the stroke, the motor can operate normally without burning or damaging other parts; therefore, the overload protection performance is more reliable than that of the electric electric cylinder;
5. Compared with other types of electro-hydraulic push rods, the variable load-resistant integrated block used in the hydraulic system is directly installed on the shell of the electro-hydraulic push rod, which is very convenient for the electro-hydraulic push rod to be adjusted in time according to actual needs on site;
6. Compared with imported electric cylinders, the investment cost of electro-hydraulic actuators is much lower;
