The technical services we offer

Based on the working conditions (corrosive environment, temperature, pressure, load), recommend appropriate titanium alloys, pure titanium, nickel, zirconium, tungsten-molybdenum grades, and compare them with ASTM, AMS, and national standards.

2. Drawing and Process Evaluation

Receive customer CAD drawings, assess processing feasibility, tolerance suggestions, surface treatment, and welding schemes.

3. Technical Data Support

Provide material certification MTC (EN10204 3.1), chemical composition, mechanical performance parameter tables, and product specifications.

4. Custom Processing Technical Plan
