AMS4928 Titanium Rod, Processing & Quality Control Standards

AMS 4928 titanium round bar is a Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium bar manufactured in strict compliance with the latest AMS 4928 aerospace standards. We implement full-process quality control from vacuum arc remelting (VAR), annealing treatment, forging, descaling, to final dimensional grinding, ensuring that the material composition, mechanical properties, and internal structure fully meet the AMS 4928 standards. Each bar undergoes ultrasonic flaw detection before leaving the factory to ensure there are no internal cracks. Through third-party chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing, it is guaranteed that every piece of material fully meets the requirements of aerospace standards. A third-party test report is also provided.
