Welcome to visit [dyteti.com]. These terms are formulated by Baoji Dong Intec Metal Materials Co., Ltd. They apply to all visitors who submit samples and sample (Demo) applications. Submitting a sample application means you fully accept these terms.

1.1 The samples and test samples provided by us are only for the performance testing and condition assessment in the customer's laboratory. They are strictly prohibited from being used for commercial purposes or resold.

1.2 The specifications, materials, and dimensions of the samples shall be based on the confirmed drawings/parameters via email between both parties; the available in-stock samples have limited specifications, and custom test samples require an additional production cycle.

2.1 Standard small-sized ready-made sample: Sample fee will be charged based on the material value; a small amount of inventory sample can be exempted from the sample fee upon negotiation.

2.2 All international express shipping fees are borne by the customer. Customers can provide DHL/FedEx/UPS pay-on-delivery account numbers, or prepay the shipping fees.

2.3 Sample fee policy: If the customer subsequently places a large-scale formal order, the sample fee can be negotiated to be deducted from the payment (must be confirmed in written emails from both parties to be valid; oral commitments are invalid).

2.4 Processing fees for custom-made samples (forging, machining, heat treatment) are not free.

3.1 Spot samples: After confirming the cost and receiving the delivery information, the shipment will be arranged within 3-7 working days; the delivery date for custom samples will be quoted separately in writing.

3.2 The international transportation time, customs clearance risks, and destination tariffs are borne by the customer; we will issue a form invoice as required, marking "Sample for Testing Only, No Commercial Value".

4. Sample Inspection and Confirmation

4.1 After receiving the samples, please complete the testing and inspection within 14 days and provide a written feedback on the test results.

4.2 The samples only represent the performance of the sample batch. The quality of the large-scale products is subject to the official order material certificate (MTC EN10204 3.1); the sample data shall not be regarded as the quality guarantee basis for the batch products.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of the drawings and technical plans provided by the client belong to the client; we will properly keep them and not disclose them to any third party. Without our written permission, the client shall not disseminate our product drawings and process information to the outside.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We only guarantee that the material of the sample conforms to the agreed brand names between both parties. We do not guarantee that the sample will meet the service life requirements for the customer's specific conditions. For extreme corrosive, high-temperature, and high-pressure scenarios, multiple tests and verifications are recommended.

6.2 We will not be held responsible for the failure of the sample caused by improper processing, welding, or usage by the customer.

7. Clause Revision

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The updated content will be publicly displayed on the page. Submitting sample applications continuously will be regarded as acceptance of the latest terms.

8. Applicable Law

This matter is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Baoding City People's Court.
