Equipment Characteristics
The pot body of this product is a hemispherical stainless steel pot body made of special materials. The overall roundness error is small, and the fit between the agitator and the pot body is high to avoid the phenomenon of pot paste.
Electric heating heat transfer oil heating method is adopted. Special inclined rotation is adopted to make the planetary agitator fully contact with the pot body, realize the non-integral rotation ratio of revolution and rotation, and make the pot free of mixing dead angle.
The use of advanced rotating and sealing structure makes the pot free of dead corners, easy to clean, and in line with international certification standards.
The speed can be adjusted from zero to high speed.
The hydraulic dumping mode (manual handle dumping) realizes the separation of mixing and pot body for hydraulic tilting dumping, and reduces labor intensity.
It has the advantages of large heating area, controllable temperature and uniform heating.
