The following service steps for overseas customer shall be followed if any malfunctionsoccur to your equipment:

Step One-Information Collection

Information of The Device Serial Number,Videos &Pictures and Name of Sales Manager shall be providedif your equipment is stilin warranty.As for machines that out of warranty,the equipment failure infommationas well as video evidence shall be provided for at least.

Step Two-Communication and Judgement
You can communicate with our engineers about malfunction detection through a variety of ways(Onlinevideo is preferred).Once the fault is diaanosed and confirmed.our professional engineers will help torepair.You can also send back fault parts to RUlPU and order new components if necessary (Note.update for old technology shall be paid).

Step Three-Parts Installation

If you receive the new or well repaired device parts,service engineers from RUlPU will guide you toinstall or send you SOP file for installation instructions.(Home service requires extra charge).

Step Four-Maintenance Finished
Service engineer will collect the fault infomation and report it to the technical department timelyMeanwhile,the replaced expensive parts and components with analytical values shall be recalled fortracking information.

Notes:The behavior of refusing to provide required information or unauthorized repair wil be regardedas out-of-warranty.We remain to provide repair and technical support without guarantee.
