Hainan Telecom Local Network Line Engineering Project (2024-2026)

The project mainly covers communication line construction works, including the construction of new pole routes, overhead fiber optic cable installation, direct-buried cable laying, as well as the relocation, upgrading and optimization of local network cables.

The project was executed under a labor-only contracting model (materials provided by the client).

ITL was responsible for:

122 km of newly constructed pole lines

473 km of overhead attached cable routes

2.8 km of direct-buried cable installation

Through professional engineering capabilities and rich experience in communication infrastructure construction, ITL provided efficient and reliable support for Sichuan Telecom’s local network development.
