HCR LAUNCHING GANTRY SUPPORTS THAILAND'S LANDMARK MOTORWAY 82 PROJECT ON RAMA 2 CORRIDOR
Handan China Railway Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd. (HCR) is deploying its Launching Gantry technology for Thailand's transformative Motorway 82 project along the critical Rama 2 Road corridor. This initiative aims to resolve chronic congestion plaguing the route to Hua Hin and Southern Thailand since 1973.
Project Significance:
▶Addresses 50-year traffic challenges on the 50km Rama 2 Road, despite its 14-lane capacity
▶Constructs 6-lane elevated motorway to Don Muang Tollway/Bangna Expressway standards
▶Connects Rama III Expressway, Dao Khanong & Western Outer Ring
▶Reduces congestion on Burapha Withi/Chaloem Maha Nakhon Expressways, Rama 4 Bridge & Rama 2 Road
