LG SERIES GANTRIES TRIUMPH IN SINGAPORE J102 PROJECT, RETURN FOR UPGRADED DEPLOYMENT
We proudly announce the successful completion and return of our LG550 and LG500 Launching Gantries from the Jurong Region Line J102 Project in Singapore. Over three years of continuous operation, these gantries delivered flawless performance for STEC, ensuring precise segment erection across multiple infrastructure projects.
The J102 project demanded unprecedented engineering prowess, featuring a 150-meter extreme curve radius, dual-layer bridge erection, skewed alignment installations, transverse multi-span configurations, and constrained station passage construction.
Our LG series gantries overcame every technical hurdle with zero operational failures, proving their adaptive control systems and structural resilience in high-risk scenarios.
Following project completion, both gantries have been safely dismantled and returned to China under our strategic buy-back program. Currently undergoing comprehensive maintenance and performance upgrades, they will soon redeploy for new global projects – embodying our commitment to lifecycle engineering excellence.
