New multi-functional five-layer co-extrusion BOPP biaxial stretching film production line with internationally advanced technology
Haofei Industrial has introduced 8.2-meter high-speed production lines from Brückner (Germany) and production lines from Andritz (Austria). The lines can manufacture functional BOPP films with thickness ranging from 10 μm to 60 μm in various specifications, including printing film, lamination film, matte film, pearlescent film, atomized release film, building material film, synthetic paper, pearl film, paper-like film, and high-strength adhesive tape film, with an annual production capacity of 72,000 tons.

PETG film & production line
Our newly launched PETG project is equipped with two stretching production lines matched with one set of slitting machine:
The designed annual output is 17,000 tons, with a film width of 4.8 meters.
The main production lines are supplied by Shandong Yongjian Engineering Equipment, and the slitting machine is manufactured by Hangzhou Dahua Equipment. The project was officially put into production in June 2022.
The company is now vigorously advancing its PETG thin film project with the following construction progress:
A total of 4 PETG production lines are planned for construction, with an expected total capacity of 35,000 tons per year.

Haofei Testing Laboratory operates three specialized labs categorized by product type, with continuously upgraded equipment and expanded testing capabilities. Supported by robust standards, procedures, job responsibilities and emergency plans, it brings together technical talents to form collaborative teams for technological innovation.
The lab takes full charge of incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality control and finished product testing. It develops and enforces quality standards and operating procedures, manages testing equipment and consumables, advances corporate standard innovation, and supports the production department in solving technical challenges.
Equipped with advanced instruments including German Marth thickness gauges, Brugger heat sealers, BYK haze meters, FRANK melt flow indexers and Mettler analytical balances, the lab ensures accurate, reliable and efficient test results delivered by professional analysts.
