UltraSiC is a series of advanced silicon carbide ceramic materials researched and developed by BOCO, comprising three grades: ACC, ACS, and ACM. UltraSiC advanced silicon carbide ceramic material exhibits the following properties in extreme conditions; it demonstrates durability far exceeding that of metallic materials:

Thanks to its outstanding performance, UltraSiC ceramics have been successfully applied in BOCO's heavy-duty slurry pumps. The BOCO UltraSiC heavy-duty ceramic slurry pump, enhanced by material superiority and optimized structural design, has achieved over 4 times longer servicelife without failure in high-concentration, high-flow, large-particle slurry transportation from the primary ball mill in iron ore beneficiation plants. In high-lift tailings direct pumping applications, it has demonstrated 5.16 times longer life with minimal wear, earning high praise from customers.
