2.1 Glass-Lined Reactor
Product Description
Glass-lined reactors use Q245R/Q345R special glass-lined steel plates as the substrate. After sandblasting and pickling pretreatment, high-silicon glass glaze is electrostatically sprayed and sintered at a high temperature of over 900℃ for many times to form a dense and smooth glass-lined enamel layer on the inner surface of the kettle, which has both excellent corrosion resistance and metal strength. It is equipped with a high-precision stirring system, mechanical seal device and temperature-controlled jacket structure, which can realize automatic control of the whole process of heating, cooling, stirring and reaction, and is suitable for batch and continuous reaction processes.

2.2 Glass-Lined Storage Tank
Product Description
Glass-lined storage tanks are divided into three categories: vertical open type, vertical closed type and horizontal type. They are made by the same grade glass-lined process as reactors. The glass-lined layer inside the tank is smooth and dense, non-sticky and easy to clean, and can be used for atmospheric/pressure storage, intermediate buffering and metering temporary storage of corrosive media. It can be equipped with a jacket structure to realize material heating and heat preservation, and accessories such as liquid level gauge, breather valve and manhole to meet the long-term storage needs of chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives and other materials.

Product Description
Complete pipe fittings such as glass-lined pipes, valves, elbows, tees and sight glasses are provided, which can be seamlessly connected with reactors and storage tanks to realize closed conveying of corrosive materials. According to the customer's process requirements, it can be matched with heat exchangers, electric control systems and automatic control systems to form a small complete production unit of glass-lined reaction-heat exchange-storage-conveying, realizing closed and automatic operation of the whole process, reducing material leakage and improving production efficiency.
