lass I & II Pressure Vessels Product Description
1 Core Product Overview
Our factory holds formal manufacturing qualification for Class I & II pressure vessels. We produce various pressure-bearing equipment made of carbon steel, stainless steel and composite plates, including buffer tanks, metering tanks, separators, steam headers, heat exchange vessels and non-standard pressure cylinders. Complete line supply matched with reactors, heat exchangers and storage tanks is available. Designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with GB150, ASME and CE standards, widely applied in pressure storage, separation and heat exchange processes of chemical, pharmaceutical, new energy and coating industries.
2 Core Product Details
Product Description
Cylinders are rolled and welded with special pressure vessel plates, all welds undergo 100% non-destructive testing, and full hydrostatic & air tightness inspection is carried out before delivery. Materials including carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel, composite plate and titanium can be selected according to medium characteristics. Vertical, horizontal and jacket insulated structures are available, equipped with standard safety accessories such as manholes, liquid level gauges, safety valves and pressure gauges. Customization of various non-standard pressure vessels from atmospheric to medium pressure, low to medium high temperature is acceptable.
