Shell & tube carbon steel heat exchangers are mainly made of Q245R, Q345R pressure vessel carbon steel, featuring stable structure, high pressure resistance and cost performance. They are widely used heat exchange equipment for chemical, thermal power and petroleum refining industries. Matched with reactors and storage tanks to form complete process units for medium heating, cooling, condensation and waste heat recovery. Non-standard customization complying with GB standards is available for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions without strong corrosion.

English Product Description
Adopting standard shell & tube structure, the shell, heat exchange tubes and tube sheets are made of premium carbon steel. The whole unit undergoes heat treatment after welding to eliminate welding stress. The pull-out tube bundle design facilitates internal dirt cleaning and maintenance. It realizes efficient heat transfer between two fluids with independent temperature control for tube side and shell side, suitable for heat exchange of neutral media such as water, thermal oil, steam and oil products. Single-pass, double-pass and multi-pass structures can be customized according to heat exchange area, design pressure and temperature.
