Shell & tube stainless steel heat exchangers are made of corrosion-resistant materials including 304, 316L, 321 and titanium. They are sanitary without precipitation and resistant to weak acid and alkali, suitable for high-cleanliness processes of pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical and new energy industries. Can form small complete sets matched with reactors, storage tanks and electric control systems for heating, cooling, condensation and evaporation heat exchange. Customization complying with GB standards is supported.

Product Description
Sanitary shell & tube structure with full stainless steel tube bundles and shells. Polished inner walls without dead corners to avoid scale accumulation. Pull-out tube bundle for easy cleaning and maintenance. PTFE gaskets are adopted for sealing to prevent medium leakage. Suitable for heat exchange of corrosive and clean media such as liquid medicine, food liquid, electrolyte and organic solvents, with multi-flow structures and flexible customized heat exchange area.
