1 Core Product Overview
This series of stainless steel reactors, stainless steel storage tanks and supporting pipe fittings are made of high-quality stainless steel such as 304, 316L, 321 and duplex stainless steel. They feature high temperature resistance, clean non-precipitation and anti-corrosion performance. They can be combined with heat exchangers and electric control systems to form integrated small complete sets. Widely applied in clean working conditions including pharmaceutical, food, new energy and fine daily chemical industries. Customization complying with GB is available to meet the requirements of reaction, mixing and storage processes for high-temperature, sterile and slightly corrosive materials.
2 Core Product Details
2.1 Stainless steel reactors
The main cylinder is rolled and welded with special stainless steel plates for pressure vessels, and all welds pass non-destructive testing. The inner wall is mirror polished with roughness Ra0.4~0.8μm, dead-angle-free and easy to clean, meeting GMP clean production standards. Equipped with jacket heating/cooling structure, variable frequency stirring mechanism and sanitary mechanical seal, it can be matched with vacuum system, temperature control module and automatic electric control. It can realize stirring, emulsification, synthesis, extraction, crystallization and other processes, with volume ranging from 50L to 100000L, supporting atmospheric, low and medium pressure specifications.

2.2 Stainless Steel Storage Tank
Product Description
Multiple types including vertical sanitary storage tanks, horizontal pressure tanks, insulated buffer tanks and mixing batching tanks, integrally welded of full stainless steel with optional internal & external polishing. Fitted with manhole, level gauge, breather, cleaning ball, sampling port and other sanitary accessories; jacket heat preservation and coil heat exchange structure can be added. Suitable for storage, standing and blending of liquid medicine, food raw materials, electrolyte and daily chemical additives. Sterile with no impurity precipitation, complying with food & pharmaceutical aseptic production standards.

Description
Complete set of sanitary stainless steel pipe fittings including pipes, quick-install valves, elbows, tees, filters and sight glasses, connected by clamps for easy disassembly, cleaning and no sanitary dead corners. According to customers’ whole production line requirements, we can integrate stainless steel reactors, heat exchangers, storage tanks and automatic electric control systems to build integrated small complete production equipment, realizing automatic closed-loop production of feeding, reaction, heat exchange, storage and discharging.
