On July 18, 2014, Academician Liu Weimin and his delegation from the Chinese Academy of Sciences visited Zibo Huihua Chemical Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance. After listening to the company's corporate profile and work report, Academician Liu Weimin spoke highly of and affirmed Zibo Huihua's long-term dedication to the lubricant additive industry as well as its contributions to the development of China's domestic lubricant additive sector. He also offered valuable suggestions regarding the company's product portfolio and future development orientation.

Academician Liu and his entourage toured the production premises of Huihua. Present during the visit were Director Guo Shouheng from the Management Committee of Zichuan Economic Development Zone, Director Yan Mingjun of Zichuan District Science and Technology Bureau, Liang Jinhua, Deputy Director and Deputy Party Secretary of the Management Committee, and Director Li Ye from the Talent Section of Zichuan District Organization Department, among others.

The Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences undertakes research on aerospace lubrication, friction and wear of national-defense lubricating materials, and synthetic lubricant materials in China. Zibo Huihua has maintained long-term cooperation with the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics. The institute adopts Huihua-manufactured additives such as extreme-pressure anti-wear agents and friction index modifiers in its R&D of high-end special lubricants.
