H5039 ash-free anti-wear hydraulic oil compound is a new type of compound additive developed by Sinopec Research Institute of Petrochemical Science and Technology to replace imports. It is used to prepare high pressure ashless anti-wear
hydraulic oil, adding 0.80%, can be prepared into N32, N46, N68 and N100 viscosity grade series products. The product has been evaluated by the physical and chemical properties of the laboratory and the high pressure pump platform, and the product quality meets the national standard GB11118.1-2011 L-HM antiwear hydraulic oil excellent quality standard, and the product quality meets the American DENISON HF-0 specification. At the same time, it can also meet the requirements of ISO11158-97, vickers m-2950-s DIN 51524(ll) and cincinnatimilacron P-68P-69 P-70 and other specifications, and the quality is equivalent to the current level of similar international advanced products.
Application
Without any Zinc and any other metallic elements, the product has excellent extreme pressure anti-wear properties and thermal oxidation stability. The prepared hydraulic oils are mainly applied in the hydraulic system with plunger pump pressure>30.0Mpa and vane pump pressure 14.0-17.5Mpa. It is widely applied in metallurgy, plastics, mining, and the heavy dump truck, forming machine, pressing machine and other mechanical hydraulic system. It is an ideal power transmission medium, and it can reduce the hydraulic mechanical wear, extend mechanical life and increase economic
benefits by decreasing oil consumption and cost.
