The H.Pylori Antigen Rapid Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of H. pylori antigens in human feces specimens, providing results in 10 minutes. The test utilizes antibodies specific for H. pylori antigens to selectively detect H. pylori antigens in human feces specimens.

Before testing, allow the test, specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature 15-30℃.
1. Specimen collection and pre-treatment:
1) Collect sufficient quantity of feces (1-2 ml or 1-2 g) in a clean and dry specimen collection container to obtain maximum antigens (if present).
2) Unscrew the cap of the specimen collection tube, then randomly stab the specimen collection applicator into the fecal specimen in at least 5 different sites to collect approximately 50 mg of feces (equivalent to 1/4 of a pea). Do not scoop the fecal specimen.
3) Screw on and tighten the cap onto the specimen collection tube, then shake the specimen collection tube vigorously to mix the specimen and the dilution buffer. Leave the tube alone for 2 minutes.

2. Testing
1) Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean, level surface. Label the test with patient or control identification. For best results, the assay should be performed within one hour.
2) Using a piece of tissue paper, break the tip of the dilution tube carefully. Hold the tube vertically and dispense 3 drops (approximately 100μl) of solution to the specimen pad of the test strip. As the test begins to work, color will migrate across the membrane.
3) Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
