The H.Pylori Antigen Rapid Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of H. pylori antigens in human feces specimens, providing results in 10 minutes. The test utilizes antibodies specific for H. pylori antigens to selectively detect H. pylori antigens in human feces specimens.

Before testing, allow the test, specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature 15-30℃.
1. Specimen collection and pre-treatment:
1) Collect sufficient quantity of feces (1-2 ml or 1-2 g) in a clean and dry specimen collection container to obtain maximum antigens (if present).
2) Unscrew the cap of the specimen collection tube, then randomly stab the specimen collection applicator into the fecal specimen in at least 5 different sites to collect approximately 50 mg of feces (equivalent to 1/4 of a pea). Do not scoop the fecal specimen.
3) Screw on and tighten the cap onto the specimen collection tube, then shake the specimen collection tube vigorously to mix the specimen and the dilution buffer. Leave the tube alone for 2 minutes.

2. Testing
1) Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean, level surface. Label the test with patient or control identification. For best results, the assay should be performed within one hour.
2) Open the cap of the specimen collection tube and break the tip. Invert the specimen collection tube and transfer 3 full drops of the extracted specimen to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette, then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S).
3) Read results at 10 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.
