One Step Drug Screen Test Kit (Urine)(Colloidal Gold)
It is intended for the qualitative detection of drugs and drug metabolites in human urine at specified cut-off concentrations.Can Test up to 22 drugs at one time with optional adulteration tests including pH, specific gravity (S.G.), creatinine (CRE) etc, and alcohol.
Directions for Use
Before testing, allow the test device, urine specimen if frozen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30°C).
- Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test cup from the foil pouch and label it with date and patient's identifications.
- Collect the specimen using the test cup, and secure the cap while the cup is on a flat surface.
- Check the temperature label (optional) 4 minutes after specimen collection. A green color will appear to indicate the temperature of the urine specimen. The proper range for an unadulterated specimen is 32-38°C.
- Peel off the security labels to view the results. Read results of alcohol test (optional) at 2 minutes, adulteration tests (optional) at 3 minutes with the help of color chart, and drug test results at 5 minutes. Do not read the alcohol and adulteration results after 5 minutes, and the test result after 10 minutes.
- We recommend not to interpret the drug test results and either retest the urine or collect another specimen in case of any positive result for any adulteration test.
