hCG Pregnancy Rapid Test
The hCG Pregnancy Rapid Test iis a rapid one-step assay designed for qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine for early detection of pregnancy.

For strip:
Before testing, allow the test, specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature 15-30℃.
1. Remove the test from its sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible. For best results, the assay should be performed within one hour.
2. Hold the strip by the end, where the product name is printed. To avoid contamination, do not touch the strip membrane.Holding the strip vertically, dip the test strip in the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Do NOT immerse past the maximum line (MAX) on the test strip.
3. As the test begins to work, color will migrate across the membrane.
4. After the test has finished running, remove the strip from the specimen and place it on a clean, dry, flat and non-absorbent surface. Start the timer and wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read at 3-5 minutes.
NOTE: Do NOT interpret the result after 10 minutes.

For cassette:
Before testing, allow the test, specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature 15-30℃.
1. Remove the test from its sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible. For best results, the assay should be performed within one hour.
2. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine to the specimen well of the test cassette, and then begin timing.
4. As the test begins to work, color will migrate across the membrane.
5. Wait for colored lines to appear. Interpret the test results at 3-5 minutes.
NOTE: Do NOT interpret the result after 10 minutes.

For midstream:
Before testing, allow the test, specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature 15-30℃.
1. Remove the test from its sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible. For best results, the assay should be performed within one hour.
2. Remove the Cap and hold the midstream with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downward directly into urine stream for at least 10 seconds until it is thoroughly wet. Or Collect the urine specimens in a clean, dry container, then dip only the absorbent tip of the midstream into the urine for at least 10 seconds.
3. After removing the midstream from urine specimen, immediately replace the cap over the absorbent tip, lay the midstream on a flat surface with the Result Window facing up, and then begin timing.
4. As the test begins to work, color will migrate across the membrane.
5. Wait for colored lines to appear. Interpret the test results at 3-5 minutes.
NOTE: Do NOT interpret the result after 10 minutes.
