(I) Product Description
External wall thermal insulation decorative integrated board is a green energy-saving prefabricated building material vigorously promoted nationwide. It completely reforms the cumbersome wet construction mode of separate thermal insulation and separate decoration for traditional exterior walls, integrating thermal insulation, heat preservation, waterproofing, decoration, protection and crack resistance into one product. It serves as core material for new building construction, old building energy-saving renovation and high-end facade engineering. As factory prefabricated finished boards formed by high-pressure compounding of thermal insulation core materials, composite base plates, protective coatings and decorative surface layers via automatic industrial equipment, it features integrated structure and systematic performance, fundamentally solving various industry problems of traditional exterior wall thermal insulation systems including cracking, water seepage, falling off, failed thermal insulation and short service life, widely applicable to exterior wall enclosure projects of various civil, industrial and public buildings.
In terms of material structure, the board adopts a four-layer precision composite structure with elaborate production for complementary performance of each layer. The bottom layer is high-strength inorganic composite base plate with strong toughness, high flatness, deformation resistance and water impermeability to provide stable structural support for the whole board. The middle core layer is high-performance thermal insulation core material, including Class A rock wool, extruded polystyrene board, graphite polystyrene board and polyurethane. Users can select appropriate types according to fire protection grades, energy-saving standards and application scenarios. All core materials are treated with flame retardancy, moisture proofing and curing, featuring low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance. The upper layer is high-strength anti-crack protective layer with acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging property and tensile resistance, effectively resisting external impact and environmental erosion to prevent board cracking and damage. The surface layer is high-end weather-resistant decorative finish including fluorocarbon paint, real stone paint, imitation stone, imitation tile and colorful paint coatings with strong adhesion, high compactness, waterproof antifouling and weather-resistant color retention performance.
In terms of specifications and parameters, both standardized and customized sizes are available. Conventional thickness ranges from 30mm to 120mm with common widths of 1220mm and 1500mm and regular lengths of 2440mm and 3000mm. Special thicknesses and special sizes can be customized according to building energy-saving standards and construction demands. The board is lightweight and high-strength with unit weight ≤20kg/㎡, bringing low load pressure and no extra burden on building walls and foundations, especially suitable for high-rise, super high-rise and old building renovation projects to eliminate potential safety hazards of exterior wall falling off. The board has high flatness with smooth surface free of flaws, edge warping and deformation, laying a solid foundation for the overall aesthetic effect of facades.
In terms of core features and functions, external wall thermal insulation decorative integrated boards have six core advantages: high energy efficiency, flame retardant safety, waterproof crack resistance, long weather resistance, environmental friendliness and high construction efficiency. For energy saving, the continuous complete thermal insulation layer without thermal bridge effect effectively blocks heat transfer between indoor and outdoor areas with a building energy-saving rate up to 75%, fully meeting current national building energy-saving standards, greatly reducing building HVAC energy consumption and realizing green low-carbon construction requirements. For safety, Class A incombustible core materials produce no thick smoke, dripping materials or toxic gas in fire, passing national fire protection acceptance and meeting fire protection codes for high-rise buildings and crowded public places. For protection, the fully enclosed structure thoroughly blocks rainwater and moisture penetration with excellent wind pressure resistance, crack resistance and anti-aging performance, resisting high-temperature exposure, low-temperature freeze-thaw and wind and rain erosion to avoid water seepage, mildew and deformation during long-term use. For environmental protection, all raw materials are formaldehyde-free eco-friendly materials with no pollutant additives during production and no release of formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful substances, complying with building environmental acceptance standards.
