Product Introduction
(I) Product Description
Metal embossed board is a new type of composite lightweight building material integrating thermal insulation, heat preservation, decoration, waterproofing and anti-corrosion functions. It serves as a preferred core building material for prefabricated construction, old building renovation and exterior wall refurbishment. Thanks to its precision multi-layer composite structure and diversified surface craftsmanship, it effectively solves the common drawbacks of traditional exterior wall materials including single functionality, complicated construction, poor durability and insufficient decorative appearance. This product adopts an integrated three-layer composite structure consisting of an outer decorative protective surface layer, flame-retardant thermal insulation core layer and moisture-proof sound insulation bottom layer. All layers are tightly bonded through high-temperature and high-pressure molding with stable structure free of delamination, delivering far better comprehensive performance than traditional ceramic tiles, real stone paint and ordinary thermal insulation boards.
In terms of core materials, the surface substrate of the board is made of high-quality aluminum-zinc coated steel plate with a thickness ranging from 0.25mm to 0.3mm. Compared with ordinary color steel plates, aluminum-zinc coated substrates feature outstanding rust and corrosion resistance. After high-temperature baking paint, fluorocarbon spraying and embossing processes, the surface coating boasts strong adhesion and excellent weather resistance, capable of resisting long-term ultraviolet radiation, rain and snow erosion as well as wind and sand abrasion to prevent peeling, fading and cracking. The middle thermal insulation core layer mainly includes two mainstream materials: Class B1 flame-retardant polyurethane foam and Class A flame-retardant high-density rock wool. Polyurethane core material has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.024W/(m·K) with superior thermal insulation performance, while rock wool core material features prominent fire resistance, meeting fire protection requirements for high-rise and public buildings. The bottom layer is a thickened aluminum foil vapor barrier with tight sealing, which can effectively block external moisture and water vapor penetration to avoid mildew and condensation inside the board, while providing favorable sound insulation and noise reduction effects.
In terms of specifications and dimensions, metal embossed boards are produced in standardized modular forms with four standard overall thickness options: 10mm, 16mm, 20mm and 25mm. The weight per unit area is about 3~5kg per square meter, only 1/4 of natural stone and 1/3 of exterior wall tiles, greatly reducing the load on building walls and applicable for both new construction and renovation of dilapidated old buildings. It boasts abundant exterior styles. Precision embossing technology can replicate hundreds of three-dimensional embossed textures such as imitation marble, cultural stone, red brick, wood grain, water ripple and sandstone with complete color systems available in matte, frosted and high-gloss finishes. Its strong three-dimensional layering outperforms flat coatings and can match all architectural styles including Chinese style, European style, modern minimalist style and industrial style.
In terms of product functions and applicable scenarios, metal embossed boards integrate multiple core functions with an energy-saving thermal insulation rate of over 65%. The thermal insulation effect of 16mm thick embossed board is equivalent to that of a traditional 4cm thick thermal insulation layer, keeping indoor temperature stable all year round and greatly reducing energy consumption for heating and cooling. Meanwhile, it features waterproof seepage prevention, flame retardancy, sound insulation, impact resistance, acid and alkali resistance and maintenance-free performance. Its flame retardant grade complies with national building safety standards, carbonizing without dripping in fire and releasing no toxic and harmful substances for safe and environmentally friendly application. It covers a wide range of application scenarios: for civil buildings, it can be used for exterior wall thermal insulation and decoration of villas, self-built houses and residential communities; for engineering buildings, it is suitable for factories, warehouses, office buildings, homestays, hotels and street shops; for renovation projects, it is an ideal choice for exterior wall renewal of old residential areas, rural dilapidated building renovation and facade upgrading of buildings. In addition, it can be applied to guard houses, sentry boxes, prefabricated houses and enclosure decoration. Free from regional, climatic and seasonal restrictions, it can be constructed all year round in all areas across the north and south of China. Its lightweight weight paired with stable structural strength avoids excessive load on walls even when installed on high-rise exterior walls, greatly improving installation safety and meeting the facade construction demands of high and low-rise new buildings and renovation projects.
