Product Introduction
Sanitary welded butterfly valve features a stainless steel body and disc,

along with a sanitary sealing design, and connects directly to sanitary piping via butt-welding.

The disc rotates approximately 90° around the stem:
  • 0° — Fully Closed
  • 90° — Fully Open
  • Intermediate Position — Flow Regulation
Sanitary butterfly valves are primarily used for on/off operation,
isolation, and partial flow control in sanitary fluid piping systems.



Compared to Tri-Clamp butterfly valves, the key characteristic of the welded type is:
The valve-to-pipe connection is permanently welded, eliminating external clamp joints at the valve ends.

Consequently, it is particularly well-suited for systems requiring continuous piping, high levels of cleanliness, and fewer detachable connection points.
