• Long service life — Made from carbon and low alloy steel, specially heat treated for controlled hardness. Dual or tri race ball bearings with carburized, hardened races (or stainless steel snap rings) deliver dependable performance over years of service.
• High strength & load capacity — Snap rings on sour service models ensure high load-bearing capacity, holding up reliably under demanding high-pressure conditions.
• Reliable dual-seal protection — A primary seal with stainless steel anti-extrusion ring plus a secondary O-ring keeps the joint leak-tight. Any leakage is diverted to the leak detection port, making seal inspection and replacement fast and predictable. The self-relieving grease retainer prevents pressure buildup inside the ball race chamber.
• Industry-standard compatibility — All union ends are interchangeable with other manufacturers' products and comply with industry standards, with pressure ratings matched to each model.
