Inner corners of the chamber adopt rounded arc transitions for even air distribution and dead-zone-free cleaning.

Main Working Principle

Steam or electricity is used as the heat source. Axial fans heat air through convection heat exchange with heat exchangers, and the layers of hot air transfer heat to materials placed on drying trays. Fresh air is fed into the oven through air inlets, while humid air is exhausted via moisture outlets to maintain a proper relative humidity inside the oven.
