Main Features

Adopting intelligent process control, it is equipped with automatic ignition (electromagnetic heating), timing, temperature control, constant temperature, digital temperature display and stepless speed regulation for the rotation of the roasting drum. A special spiral plate is installed on the inner wall of the drum, enabling uniform roasting, zero material leakage and rapid discharging.

Main Working Principle

Materials are fed through the feed hopper. As the cylinder rotates, the reversely arranged spiral plates prevent materials from sticking to the cylinder inner wall during roasting. Material discharge can be realized by reversing the cylinder.
