Main Working Principle

This machine achieves ultrafine pulverization of materials through vibration, grinding and shearing forces. It consists of a medical-grade stainless steel platform, cylindrical curved grinding chamber, grinding rods, eccentric blocks, high-strength springs and transmission shaft connections. Materials flow from the material tank into the grinding chamber under high-frequency vibration of the mill. Linear grinding, rolling compression and shearing actions exerted by grinding rods produce more uniform and finer pulverized materials, reducing particle sizes to micron levels for cell wall breaking. This ultrafine pulverizer for traditional Chinese medicine can be equipped with a low-temperature refrigeration system upon customer request. A cooling water jacket is installed around the grinding chamber. A refrigeration compressor circulates cooling medium inside the water jacket to maintain the mill operating temperature between 0°C and -25°C. Ultra-low temperature grinding effectively preserves the nutritional values of materials from damage caused by high-temperature processing and retains the original properties of raw materials. The fully sealed grinding chamber ensures zero pollution, zero leakage and zero material loss during operation.
