Main Working Principle

This machine consists of an oven, connecting pipes, fans, heat exchangers, solenoid valves and other components. Clean hot air generated by heat exchange of steam in the heat exchanger is blown into the oven by the fan. The hot air conducts heat radiation to materials to realize material drying.

Adopting a structure with large air volume and large-area heat exchanger, the machine features high thermal efficiency. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, it consumes little steam and effectively cuts production costs.
