Main Working Principle

This machine is composed of an oven, vibrating base, automatic feeding mechanism, dehumidifier, cooling device, connecting air ducts, steam heat exchangers, fans and other parts. Steam flows into the heat exchangers for heat exchange to produce high-temperature dry hot air, which is blown upward into the oven by high-power fans. Meanwhile, materials are fed into the oven from the top through the automatic feeding mechanism. Countercurrent heat exchange occurs between hot air and materials inside the oven. Driven by vibration motors, materials tumble and move forward along an Archimedean spiral trajectory and make full contact with hot air to realize drying. A moisture removal unit is mounted on the top of the oven to timely discharge moisture generated in the drying process. Mesh plates are fitted inside the oven to satisfy drying demands for materials of different sizes.
