Main Working Principle

Load materials into the chamber, lock the chamber door, and press the start button. Maintain the specified negative pressure value (per technical parameters) for a preset material softening duration, then vent steam and stop the machine. The entire operation proceeds automatically. Leveraging the strong penetration of gas, water vapor is introduced to materials under high vacuum. Moisture instantly fills the chamber space, enabling rapid and uniform softening of materials with low moisture content.
