Main Purpose

It is mainly applicable to processing operations such as steaming, boiling, stewing, blanching and honey-roasting of Chinese medicinal herbs. It can also be used for extraction and concentration of traditional Chinese medicines, as well as brewing, sterilization and other processing procedures in food and chemical industries.

Main Working Principle

This jacketed pot uses electric heating to alter the medicinal properties of herbal materials, meeting the standard processing requirements for herbal preparation. For steaming processes, steam is fed directly through the air inlet pipe into the jacket between the pot liner and outer shell to heat up the pot body, fulfilling processing needs including steaming, boiling, stewing, blanching and honey stir-frying. A drain valve is installed at the bottom of the outer shell to conveniently discharge condensed water generated during operation. For boiling processes, fill the pot with water and channel steam directly through the inlet pipe into the jacket for heating and boiling.
