Main Purpose
It is applied to the cutting and processing of leaves, barks, roots, vines, herbs, fungi, flowers of all plant varieties, as well as most fruits, seeds and agricultural by-products. It can produce common decoction pieces such as slices, segments and strips within the thickness range of 0.1-60 mm, as well as granular decoction pieces of various specifications.
Main Working Principle
The conveyor belt and self-adaptive material pressing mechanism continuously and uniformly feed materials in stepping movements to the cutter strip assembly at intervals set by the numerical control system under the drive of servo motors. The vertically reciprocating cutter unit delivers precision cutting guided by linear slide rails, with the cutter cutting directly against the backing strips. This eliminates the traditional mode where the cutter cuts materials directly on the conveyor belt. After cutting, finished materials are discharged straight out via the conveyor belt. Cutting thickness and operating speed are set and controlled through the human-machine interface of the numerical control system.
