Spray Washing Machine (Pre-washing Section)It is mainly applied to clean rhizome and block-shaped Chinese medicinal herbs and agricultural by-products. Materials to be cleaned are conveyed into the spray washing tank for cleaning via a stainless steel plate chain conveyor belt.

Main Features

It adopts stainless steel chain plate conveyor with Z-shaped structure. The conveying speed is adjustable via frequency conversion. Materials are flipped after the first round of high-pressure water pipe spray cleaning, followed by another high-pressure clean water spray washing, which can effectively remove sediment on the material surface. The washed water can be recycled after filtration. This equipment features high efficiency, fast cleaning speed and excellent finished product quality.
